Refund & Return Policy
Our handmade floral pieces are delicate and personalized — please read carefully before ordering.
1. Handmade & Custom Products
All of our floral products are handmade to order. Many are fully customized for weddings, events, or personal gifts. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
2. What Is Not Refundable
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Minor shedding, petal cracks, or loosened pieces caused by shipping
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., color slightly different from screen, flower arrangement not as imagined)
Our floral pieces are crafted with natural materials that may vary in size, shade, or shape. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
3. Damage Claim Procedure
If your item arrives with major damage (e.g. crushed bouquet or broken parts), please:
- Submit your request within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide a complete unboxing video (starting before the package is opened)
- Include your order number and clear photos
Email your claim to support@lafarfalladesign.com Without the unboxing video, we are unable to process replacements or refunds due to shipping insurance requirements.
4. Fragile Product Disclaimer
Preserved and dried flowers are naturally delicate and may experience:
- Slight petal detachment
- Minor shifts in flower position
- Floral dust or particles in the box
These are normal and expected variations that do not impact overall quality. Perfectionists or those seeking 100% pristine condition may wish to consider carefully before placing an order.
