Shipping Policy

Details on processing time, shipping methods, and expectations for fragile preserved floral products.

1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 2–7 business days before dispatch. Custom orders (especially wedding florals) may take longer depending on design complexity. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days via Canada Post
  • USA: 7–12 business days (may vary by location)
  • International: 10–20 business days depending on customs
  • Local delivery: Available in Greater Vancouver by request (especially for large floral arrangements)

Please contact us if you need delivery on a specific date or require express service.

3. Packaging & Fragile Nature Notice

We take great care to package our preserved and dried flower products securely using protective boxes, padding, and bubble wrap.

However, due to the natural delicacy of the materials, minor petal shedding, displacement, or dust is considered normal and does not qualify as damage or defect.

4. Perfectionism Disclaimer

Each floral arrangement is handcrafted and made with real, preserved or dried botanicals. Natural variations in shape, size, or color tone are expected.

If you are a perfectionist or require flawless visual condition, please consider carefully before placing your order.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives with significant damage (e.g. completely crushed or broken):

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a complete unboxing video starting from unopened packaging
  • Email to support@lafarfalladesign.com with your order number

Without the video proof, we are unable to file a claim with the carrier or offer a refund/replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
